Early morning HP Admission time?

We will be staying at the RPR on August 9 & 10 th , and we will be arriving very early in the morning of the 9th so we can get into the HP early admission. What time do they open the land up....is it 7am or 8am for the early admission ? What time does this first boat leave the dock in the morning as we plan to be on it ? Thanks All!!! We are so excited to go even though we have been here before

IOA Open at 8 am on both of those days...therefore you can get into Harry potter 1 hour before the other guests...7am!!! The boats usually stat about 6-6:15 or it is a very short walk to IOA from RPR..you will need your tickets and room keys to get in early. Once in the gate head to the right through Seuss Landing straight to Hogsmead! HAVE FUN!! and Don't forget the frozen butterbeer!! It's great!!! Have fun!! We will be there 8/4-8/7!! I am excited too!!
