Early morning getting to MK from Shades

Fastest way on Saturday - will the monorail be running? Online it seems like it should start at 6:30 but recent reports show it isn't running that early. Should I walk from Shades to the Poly and ride monorail, ride the boat, or walk to TTC and catch the boat there?

I'd still walk to the Poly. If the monorail isn't open, ask if the launch is running. If so, catch that to the MK. If not, continue walking through the Poly to the TTC and take the ferry or bus (they run a bus when the monorail is down).

Isn't Saturday an early Extra Magic Hour morning at Magic Kingdom? If so the express monorail and large ferry from Transportation and Ticket Center might sometimes not be running until about half an hour before public opening.

For those with early reservations or tours the resort monorail or substitute bus will be running sooner and proof of reservation or ID may be checked.
