Early Morning Fast Pass - Return Time?

We have Segway Tour reservations for 2/23 at 9:30. If we get to the park at 9:00, get our fastpasses for Soarin' and check in for the tour at 9:15 will we make it back for our return time?
The tour ends at 11:30 so I figure the earliest we can get to the ride is 11:45. Anyone have experience with this?

If your return time says 9:50-10:50 and you get to the ride at 11:53 they will still let you on. You just can't get on before 9:50. I've used fastpasses that were up to 4 hours old and never had any problems.

Keep in mind that when the park is not that busy, FPs are not always available, especially right when the park opens.

I dont know if WDW has the same rules as DL...but...
In DL you can get a fast pass..for say 11 AM...the fast pass is good any time after the 11AM window...even @ say 1 or 4 or 5 PM. I did it there and it was a big help!!

All the times we've gone in the past year(6 times, well since April when they had AP preview weekend and soft openings) Soarin's Fast pass was always opened in first thing in the morning. Its the most popular ride at Epcot right now.

One fast pass per admission ticket (used that day) at a time.

There is a time delay, maximum 2 hours & five minutes, less on less busy days, less for a small number of rides, less (5 minutes after your return time) if your return time is sooner, before you can get your next fast pass.

My experience has been that it just depends on how busy the ride is. Sometimes they will let you use "expired" fast passes and sometimes not.
