Early Magic Morning open for late April and May!

Aaaand "Early Morning Magic - Hollywood Studios" is now completely gone from the "All Dining" page on the WDW site. Sigh...

Noticed that this morning. Super bummed me out. I did both EMMs this fall and, while both were great, the DHS one was surprisingly my favorite!

Sad as well.
So glad I did it when I did.
We LOVED it and would for sure do again.
Wouldn't be surprised to see it return with TSL open.

Oh no! I actually prefer the one at DHS because TSMM is my favourite ride and Tower of Terror is DD's favourite. I thought we could beat the line for sure with the EMM, getting TSMM done a few times and rope drop for ToT. Sigh ...

Looks like it is only offered on Tuesdays now instead of Sundays and Tuesdays like before. We prefer Tuesday morning anyway.

I'm also watching the June schedule closely. Not because we will attend EMM but we will be there then. I figured they would have it on Tuesday 6/6 so I made that an MK day knowing they wouldn't change opening time from 9 to 8 for regular guests. But I guess now it is a possibility if they don't schedule EMM.

It seems like the skipped weeks were more "high crowd" periods (presidents weekend, spring break season). It makes me a little nervous that Disney knows something I don't about the first week of June (besides Gay Days...).

Honestly according to our experiences the first week (this year) and then reading about all the other summer weeks here on the Dis, that first week was more crowded. But I'm really hoping that it doesn't play out like that in 2017.

We have super bad luck with picking not obviously busy weeks... so that wouldn't surprise me. This same week in DL was packed last year- wall to wall people on every walkway from 10 AM on. If it's less than that (I can walk without squeezing through people), I'll be happy- lol!

I was really surprised this past summer...both at the first week crowds and then the reports of much lesser crowds later in the month. And it honestly was so hot at the beginning of June (very hot summer this year), I don't think we gained anything by going that early. And I'm from GA so high temps and humidity are not uncommon for us.
