POLL:
How would you describe yourself when it comes to arriving somewhere?
Before I got married and had kids I was always early. In fact if I didn't arrive at least 20 minutes early I felt like I was late. Now, with a family in tow, if we actually arrive somewhere ontime, I feel like we are doing pretty good.
Of course, living here in Mexico, being ontime somewhere is the same as being early, and arriving up to an hour or two late would be pretty much arriving ontime. :lmao:
So what about you? How would you describe yourself?

Most of the time, I arrive early and it bugs me. I *HATE* being early to everything. But I'm so anal about being late that I must be overcompensating.

I was alwys very early before I had kids. Now I am almost always right on time. It amazes me how long it actually takes to get my family out the door, especially on the weekends. We are a well-oiled machine during the week, but our routine falls apart on the weekends.

I had to say "other" because I am often late and I hate it. The selection was "I like to be fashionably late." I don't like anything about it. It is an ongoing struggle with myself. To others I realize this sounds ridiculous and a simple fix, but I swear to you that it's not.

For example, this morning the kids and I were actually running early. So I say, "hey, look at that, we're early!" The next thing I know, I look at the clock and DS is about to miss the bus. It's like I have a little clock troll in my home messing with me. Or else I live in some kind of time warp or something :confused3

I'm an early arriver. Punctuality feels late to me.

Omg, I am the EXACT same way! I'm early and surprised...and then the next thing I know, I'm late again! lol. I hate being early though...especially for things like appointments. I HAAATE waiting and would rather arrive in the nick of time or even a few minutes late.

If I'm going somewhere with my husband, we are early. If I'm going alone, I'm just on time or barely early.

If I am not early, then I feel late. It's gotta be OCD.;)

Before we had children, we were always early or right on time. Now we are usually right on time and hardly ever late. I have learned to start getting ready to leave sooner than we would if we did not have children.

When I'm alone, I'm on time or early. When the wife and/or kids are involved, I'm more often late.
