Early June Crowds?

What are crowds like the first week in June? I'll be there 5/31 - June 4. I know public schools are still in session but colleges are out. Just curious.

We go every year at this time and it really isn't too bad. The Magic Kingdom is very crowded on Saturdays and Sundays but the rest of the week it is very managable. Other parks can be walk-on for some attractions and some will need a fast pass if you don't want to wait.


It does rain every afternoon normally.. so be prepared for that.. as well as it being pretty warm.

If you take advantage of EMH, fast pass, and get those afternoon breaks in as well as drink lots of water and keep a good sense of humor it really is very very doable.

You'll get LOTS of different opinions on this! We've gone Memorial weekend for 10 days in May 2003 and May 2004. We found it to be manageable. Plan ahead, arrive early, use Fastpass, make PS and you will have fun! No matter what time of year..........we stay out of MK on Saturdays (too crowded).

We went this past June during the first week. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. MK was the most crowded park but only when we went on Saturday. During the week it was fine. As long as you incorporate FastPass into your trip and use it for the rides that offer it (unless it's a short wait obviously) then you'll hardly notice the crowds. Which weren't bad like I said. Have fun

FYI, Florida public schools are out by then. It's even a transistion week for many where camps are not in session. Makes it a good time for FL families to hit Disney.
