Early July - what time does premium seating dining drop?

Visiting July 3-9, hoping to get dining with premium seating for parade and Fantasmic, plus WOC dessert party later in the week. For July 5, what time tomorrow morning do we expect the dining to become available? 6:00 Eastern, or 6:00 Pacific?

I’ve heard WOC drops around 3:00 Pacific, and all others around 6:00 pacific. We don’t know about Fantasmic since it was just released today so no one has data on that.
