Early July Crowds...

Typically, my family goes to Disney in early to mid June, but this year we're going July 3rd through 12th. How much worse are the crowds in early July compared to mid June? I know July 4th will be bad if we hit any park other than AK, but will the rest of the time seem way worse than what we're used to in June or will it just seem like June only hotter?

We haven't done mid-to late June for a few years. Last couple summer trips have been either around July 4th or end of July. It's only my personal opinion, but I do think the crowds are different with heavier attendance in July. I do like July 4th week. Never thought I would care for more crowded times since I was always an off-season visitor. With the crowds usually come longer park hours, seasonal attractions being open, rides running fully...which all seems to make the crowds manageable. For us, the key is making a loose plan beforehand with meals and FP+s, trying to do opposite what the majority are doing and being flexible.

I don't think it'll be a drastic difference from what you are used to, but it will be different.
