Early Entry

Ok I have 2 questions for you guys about Early Entry.
Is it 1hr prior to published opening time or is it 1.5?
The next question I have is we have 2 family members that are staying off property can they get in early? I have never made it early since we usually have PS somewhere so I am not sure what happens at the gate and when to arrive.

it is now 1 hour before opening. as they do check resort ID at the gate, i doubt your family membes off property will be admitted.
