We will not have early entry to Disneyland, so I want to try to avoid those days. What days are early entry to Disneyland?

Thanks!

EE is on Monday, Tues, Thur and Saturday.

And yes, Albort it does effect people. Fantansy land on those days is busy when the park opens for those that dont have EE. So, while the park should not be avoided those days, I wouldnt plan on getting a lot done in fantasyland.

So are those days usually EE the whole year - and is EE available to anyone staying at one of the 3 DL hotels? We'll be staying at the GCH in July, so if the park opens at 8AM, we'll be allowed in at 7? Does this also apply for Calif. Adventure?

Thanks!
Linda

Yes, and only Mon/Tue/Thurs/Sat as per hlbtimes.

No, DCA does not have a formal EE program. However, many people do not know that DCA typically opens its gate to everyone at 30 minutes early. You can ride Soarin Over CA during this time, which is the only ride which they running.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe GCH guests are allowed into DCA even earlier.

My understanding is that during EE that Tomorrowland also has a couple rides open, I belive it is Buzz and Space Mountain. Is this still accurate?

That is what I have heard, and that Star Tours has also been open of late.

Thanks so much for the days. My daughter just turned 3 last week and is only 35 inches so Fantasyland is what she does. We went around New Years and even with us being at the gates at opening, Fantasyland was a zoo already on the early entry days. Peter Pan was impossible. We did Casey Jr. right away because it was still manageable. Then we did Pinocchio and the carousel because they were the only attractions without a crazy wait. For a family used to being one of the first in Fantasyland, it was hard to have people already there for an hour. I'm not complaining because I know they're paying more than me to stay at a Disney property. At WDW we usually avoid whatever park is early entry even though we're staying at a Disney resort. Sorry I rambled. Thanks. I was thinking about pulling my oldest two out of school for a long weekend. It looks like a Thursday and Friday would be better than a Monday and Tuesday.

Ahh, gotcha... i guess high season would be nice...

EE is not just for onsite guests. The majority of park hoppers include one day of EE a well. There are a few discount tickets that done include it, but they are rare. So, if you are using hoppers rather then an ap, then you should have a day of EE as well.

Yeah, that's our problem. We have APs right now. I guess the hoppers having them just increases the problems in Fantasyland.
