Early Entry @ USF/IOA?

Do on-site guests get early entry at USF/IOA similar to WDW's early entry?

Early entry was discontinued. Sometimes the parks will open early, but there is no "official" early entry. On site guests get automatic express access with their room keys, so early entry is not necessary.
