Early entry to DCA from the Disneyland Hotel

What is the current most preferred way?

My guess is the guests only entrance from Disneyland Drive, but does that put you at a disadvantage for early entrance? Behind the pack a little?

When we were there in December and stayed at the GCH, our preferred way to enter DCA for ee was the Pixar Pier entrance. We actually came in from the DVC side by the grills. Wait time took about 5 minutes & it was perfect if u want to hit Incredicoaster & Toy Story Mania first..

Yup, they asked for room keys for any of the 3 resorts.

Grand Cal will NOT let DLH or PP use the entrance that enters the park by Grizzly River Run.

They can use the entrance that goes along the back of Grand Cal and enters by Goofy’s.
