Visiting UOL on 7/24 w/ 1 day Park to Park tix. Staying 1 night @ Cabana Bay to take advantage of early entry.

QUESTION 1: Our tickets were purchased through our credit card rewards program, so we don't have "tickets in hand" - rather we're instructed to pick them up at a WILL CALL KIOSK. Anyone have experience doing this along with Early Entry? Any tips?

QUESTION 2: We are a family of 4 and will have 1 standard room at Cabana Bay. My dad is tagging along with us but will not be staying at CB. Will he be able to gain early park access with us? How do they manage Early Entry - with a room key... or...?

Thanks for your help on this!! Really trying to avoid calling UOL to figure it out.

You can pick up your tickets at the will call kiosk at Cabana Bay in the lobby so you will have them before you head to the park.

Your dad will be out of luck. He needs a room key. If you want to pay the extra $10/night for him to be registered in the room, you can do that. Just make sure you remember to have a key made for him. At Cabana Bay, each extra adult after two adults is charged $10/night.

Is that true even with a standard room though? I thought standard room only allowed 4 and they have 4 already.

Mac is right.

Standard two queen rooms allow 5.
Standard king rooms allow 3.

Ah - okay, I thought CB only allowed 4 but the other three hotels allowed 5.

Oh, I think you are right! Only family suites allow 5 at Cabana Bay. I didn't realize that. Thanks for pointing that out. The website allows you to put 3 adults and 2 kids in for occupants but then only brings up family suites. But if you put in 2 and 2, it brings up both family suites and standard rooms. OP would need to upgrade to a family suite for her dad to get the EE as well.
