Early Entry/Monorail Question

On a Monday we are planning to go to Magic Kingdom for early entry, then swith to Epcot for the balance of the day. How early does the monorail run from Epcot to MK? Is it a good idea to park at Epcot and take the monorail over in the morning?

All monorails run an hour early before the parks open. I would park at MK then take the monorail to EC to see the great view that the monorail provides of Future World.
