Early entry into California Adventure for Ariel's breakfast?

I'm trying to decide whether or not to do the Princess character meal. We did it last year and my daughter loved it, but it is a bit pricey. I noticed on the Character meal thread that the princess breakfast starts at 8:10. We will be in California Adventure on a Monday in September, so I'm assuming the park itself will not open until 10am, and I'm not staying at a Disney hotel. So, would I be able to get into the park early if I make a reservation for the first breakfast seating? Would I still get to use my magic morning from my three day pass in disneyland?

IF they have an early seating before park opens (at most under an hour before) then you will have no problem getting in. If they offer an 8:10 seating in September, then the park will open at 9.
