Hi everyone! I'm a newbie to the board but not to WDW. Nov 20-24th will be my 4th trip (1972, 1993, 2000). When I wrote my itinerary out a few weeks ago, I was under the impression that EE had been discontinued. After reading all of your wonderful posts, I now have all the correct days for EE. (Thank You) Since we are staying off-site this time(we got a 2 bedroom at Summerfield Suites), should I avoid the parks that have EE on that particular day? How crowded does EE get? Should I avoid MK on that day and hit another park? Because my itinerary has me and the family (dh and 2 dd) on MK on a Thurs. and Fri; MGM on a Sat. and AK on a Sun.

Based upon your expertise, do you have any input for me? I certainly would appreciate it. Thanks!

I would suggest you avoid it. Since you can't take advantage of it, stay away. We were there in July and September and twice we tried to do EE: Once at MK and once at AK. Both parks were absolutley horrible and extremely crowded. After deciding not to try that again, the parks were much more manageable on the off days.

Del, welcome!

If you are staying off site DO NOT go to the park that has EE. I'm staying onsite and plan to go to the EE parks in the morning but will leave when it gets crowded by lunch time and go back to the hotel for swimming and naps (2 1/2 year old with us):D . We will then go to a non EE park in the late afternoon or evening. Even with that I am still wondering if I should skip any EE days. Yes they get that bad!

Planning is half the fun!!
