Hello

I have a 9:05am res for Tusker House next week.

I understand that the parks allows early entrance for those with ADR's before rope drop. Would they allow us in early or are we expected to wait until the gate opens and rush to our reservation?

If we are allowed early entrance, when would we be able to enter? What is the procedure? Do you just give them your reservation number?

Thanks for any help provided.

They will most definitely allow you to go into the parks early. All you give them is your ressie # (or name). I only had to give them my name. But its always good to have the confirmation # on hand, esp the print outs! Cause you never know.
I would recommend going into the park at least by 845am. Cause by the time you find the place it might be close to 9am. And it never hurts to check in a tiny bit earlier. :)

Animal Kingdom is a little different. If you want in early, you need to get there BEFORE 8:30. 8:45 will be too late. The difference is the little morning show they do. If you get there any later than like 8:35 even if you have an 8:45 reservation you are trying to be on time for and beg and plead with full on tears, they will not let you through that rope because of that stupid show. (I speak from personal experience, can you tell?) It's happened to me twice in a row.

Oh yes your right! I forgot about the rope drop show. Smart thinking. Definitely try to get in by 830am!

Yup, If you get stuck behind the crowd and are not there by 9:05 don't fret. They are very used to the 9is guests being late to check in. We finally made it at 9:15 for a 9am after being made to enter with everyone else.
