Early ECV rental at MK

On a day when MK opens at 9:00 we have 8:00 reservations at CP for breakfast. Will we be able to rent an ECV before entering the park? If not, what time does the ECV and wheelchair rental open?

Stroller Rental (which is also wheelchairs and ECVs) at each Park is open when the first Guest is allowed in. This takes into consideration both Extra Magic Hours and people with pre-opening dining or tour reservations.
