Early December questions

It looks like our girls-only May trip has been postponed until Dec. We are booked for Dec.3-6, Mon-Thurs. Does anyone know the historical (or just this past Dec.) regarding hours, fireworks and WOC?

I'll be the tour guide for this trip, with my sister-in-law and my sisters. Don't need the info right now, but I want to give them an idea of how late the Parks will be open. I know this crowd, and they'll want to have breakfast at the hotel - not the early AM pace that DH & I set!

Here's the December 2011 hours from the DIS. We're going to DLR for the first time ever this December & chose the second week as that's when then park hours seem to expand (more WOC, Fantasmic, etc. showings).

We just went Dec 11-15, 2011. DL closed at midnight, except for the 2 days of the cast member parties. It rained a little so the fireworks were cancelled for 2 days of our trip. But we are Oregonians so very used to the rain. Absolutely NO crowds, walked right on to all rides, even space mountain and star tours. In fact, a few times we were the only ones on Star Tours....It was fabulous.
