If I check out of the POP a day early will my dining plan still be on my KTTW?

Bumping. We are staying @ POP on the 4/3 deal but not spending the last night there. We will be going to the BWVs.If we are on the DDP will it stay current on our KTTW cards like the park tickets? Can I get them transfered to our BW KTTW?

I'm not sure about what you are asking. I think your DP ends on the last day of your park tickets-

I would think that your DDP's would only be good until midnight of the night you check out and not carry over for the 7th day.

DDP is not connected to your park tickets in any way. It's tied to your resort reservation.

Yes, you can still use the DDP. We changed resorts unexpectedly last summer (from DVC to POP) and the dining plan went with us - we used the first resort card which had our dining credits on it. We did not have park tkts on the card.

We checked out 1 day early, so sounds about the same. DDP credits were good until midnight of the day we would have checked out at the other resort. I used them at POP, no problem, but it was not on my POP key.

Thanks Minnie & Nana. Our stay is for 7 nights so is the DDP. I just didn't know if it would be an issue when we went to use the DDP after checking out.

My understanding is, your Dining Plan credits are valid until midnight of the day you check out. So, despite Minnie&Nana's experience, there is a chance you will wake up the next morning and find yourself unable to use any remaining credits.

That applies to when a guest checks out at the end of their stay..if checking out a day early, but moving to another Disney resort, the DDP is still good until midnight of the day it is paid thru.

Yeah, that's what I meant...but even though you stay (ex) Mon thru Sat-leave Sun AM-the DDP would not work on Sun. That's the way it's always been for us-tried to use up a few snacks on our check out day & it didn't work--Basically it's your length of stay.-That's what I meant-but unsure if that's exactly what they were asking.

If you are set up at Pop for express check out, you don't actually have to show up at the front desk -- they will automatically check you out at 11 am on the day your reservation ends. So your DDP credits would be good til midnight of that day.

I would suggest that - or even just arrange for Express check-out when you check in (then either don't incur any charges, or pay them off the night before you leave).

I generally check out of Las Vegas hotels by phone, from home (to make sure I actually/ultimately don't need a place to stay the night of the reservation).
