Hi,
Is there such a thing as early check in like there is for late check out? Can you pay for it or is it the luck of the draw when you get there? Can it be requested? We are going to be at ASMu.
Thanks!

My sister and I are also going to be getting there quite early...11:30am

What are the chances we get our room then?

I think it depends on how flexible you are and how full the resort is. Also, some luck of the draw. If the party in the room assigned to you has checked out and mousekeeping is done, they will give you your room. However, if you are requesting a certain building/floor/room, etc. you may have to be patient waiting for it to be ready. Also, if the resort is full...it will take longer to clear out.
But, you can "check in" at the desk, leave your stuff with bell services, get your tix if you need and head off to start your day. You can also use the pool, your room charges, etc...even if your actual room is not ready. At the BW last year we left our cell phone # and they called when our room was ready.

We went in November and arrived at our hotel at 11:00 a.m. There was a room ready for us. However, we had prepared ahead of time that most likely there wouldn't be one available. It all depends on how busy the resort is and how quickly the "checked out" rooms are being cleaned. I would plan on it not being ready and if it is BONUS!

We have stayed on site twice. The first at All Star Movies we got to the resort @ noon. Our room was not ready for us. We did not expect it to be and were ready to go to the parks. The second time we stayed at POP. We arrived @ 11:00 am. The rooms was ready. In fact we went with 2 other families and their rooms were also ready. I think it is just luck of the draw. Good Luck!

It has been luck of the draw for us - a couple times we were in our rooms by noon, a couple times we had to wait until 3:00 or 4:00pm.

It probably depends on how busy the resort is and how fast the previous guests check out.

You can check in as early as you'd like at any Disney resort. The only thing is that your room (that is already assigned to you) may not be ready when you do check in. Early check in is free for anyone. There is no way to determine if your assigned room will be ready. You will get all of your inofrmation and room keys when you check in. If your room is not ready, you can call back later and get the room number. Then you can do whatever you want until that time. You will not have to go back to the front desk.

If you get there and your room is not ready, you can ask if you can be moved to a room that is ready. Depending on capacity and any requests you might have, this could be possible. But you cannot request that a room will be ready just for you when you check in.

In other words, you cannot call Disney World and say "I'm going to be arriving at X time and I would like my room cleaned and ready for me by that time".
