Early Check-in?

Can you check-in early to the GCH? We are getting there around 6/6:30 am and wondering if you could check-in, get tickets and such and be able to do EE that day (which starts at 7am)?? THANKS!

Yes you can check in early (you most likely won't have a room yet) but you can store your bags and head into the parks!! Are you buying tickets there? YOu should buy ahead online and it will be much easier and faster for you to get in if you have them in hand when you get there!!

I did a package with Costco Travel including tickets - I am assuming I get these upon check-in or am I mistaken? I was worried THAT early in the am we may not be able to check in. . .

I thought they mail them to you ahead of time with the confirmation and stuff like that? I could be wrong but that's what has happened with other packages I have booked, they were mailed to my house with all the info!! You may want to check on that!

oh and yes, we switched to the Grand last trip and checked in before park opening so you will be fine!! You just can't get your room number till later!

We usually check in early so that we can get to the park as soon as it opens, especially if its an ee day. If your room is available when you check in, you'll be able to get in your room. If not, then you'll need to call back later to see when your room is available. We checked into PPH at 8am on on our last trip and our room was ready. EE was at 9am so we were able to use ee that day. My sister once checked in at GCH at 6:30am and her room was ready. We checked in as well, and our room wasn't ready til noon. So we had ebllhop store our lugage and we headed to the park.

Well our pay in full date is in May . . . so I haven't paid it off yet. We do have the money, but I figured a couple more months in savings will add more $ to my Disney fund.

About three/four weeks before your trip date you will get a wonderful little folder in the mail. It has everything sorted out nicely for you: Tickets, voucher for the hotel room, tickets to your free meal, coupon book, park schedule and coupons for Toon Town as well as a free lanyard and pin.
