We're staying at the Caribbean, and should arrive around noon. Check-in isn't until 3. We are arriving at the resort by car service, so we are able to stop at the grocery store and pick up some beverages and snacks.

I understand we can "store" our luggage at the resort and they will transfer it to our room. Is it a problem, say if we also have a case of water and a few grocery items??

Shouldn't be a problem. My understanding is they are set up for this type thing and can even store perishables in a cold place. Have a wonderful trip!

we have water delivered each year from gardengrocer, we have several cases held for us until we get back to our room. It's never been a problem, they will also store your cold items.

We almost always check in very early in the morning and have never had a problem with storing our luggage at the resort. They've even held things in cold storage for us after we checked out when we were doing a split stay. You should be just fine.

In May we were able to get into our room at POFQ around 11:30 in the morning. Sometimes, if they have the room ready, you can get in earlier than 3pm.
