Hi - Just contemplating my trip next year and planning the best way to do WWOHP etc with our friends.:thumbsup2

They will be staying in DVC for the whole fortnight, but we will be going to visit my family in St Petersburg for a couple of nights and as we are offsite anyway, I was thinking of adding a night at Universal for the front of line privileges - plus we LOVE the universal hotels.:cloud9:

I am thinking at the moment of possibly booking 2 rooms - one for us and one for my family for the friday night. My brother will be at school so I guess they wouldn't be able to travel up until the afternoon, so I was wondering whether you could think of any reason why I couldn't check in to both rooms early in the morning, and let my friends use my families fast passes that day and then my brother etc use them the following day?:confused3

If we were to do this, I would ideally want to get to RPR as early as possible, so that our friends would be at the park to get the benefit of early entry of WWOHP. What time is the earliest any of you have checked in at a universal hotel? And did you travel from WDW - in which case, what time were you up in the morning?

We LOVE WWOHP and having used early entry at Christmas, totally love having an empty Harry Potter land to explore:yay:, but if it is going to mean our friends getting up at ridiculous o'clock, then they might not see the benefit and indeed I might frighten them away from my holiday planning altogether!!!:lmao:

The other thing is, that they would still need to go back to Universal for another day and I am slightly concerned that having been 'spoilt' with FOTL for one day, that they might not have such a good second day - what do you think?

I thought it seemed such a good plan, but now I am beginning to question myself!!!:goodvibes

Any thoughts much appreciated!!:)

Since I started staying at Universal hotels I never go back once I leave the resort as I dont think I could stand in the queues especially in July. As for early check in Ive read that some people have checked in at 6:30 am. I generally get there for 10:00 am and still have plenty of time to experience all the rides due to FOTL pass. Have a great holiday.
