Las Vegas Early Breakfast Buffet?

I see the Bellagio Buffet opens at 7am for breakfast - does anywhere open earlier than this, as we have a tendency to wake up ridiculously early our first morning after we've flown to the US?

You can look up the casino's online and see what the times are. I am not that early of a riser , so I can not answer that.

I was hoping to avoid trawling through them all maybe someone will know.

Are drinks generally included or on top of the buffet price? (i.e. juice, water etc.)

In my experience, most of the buffets don't open until 8am so that's going to be your best bet unless you go to a sit down restaurant that's open 24 hours.
