We have an early flight and will be arriving at BWV's approx 11:00 am on 6/24. I am aware that I can't get into my room until 4:00pm.
What I would like to know is: Can we check our bags and hang out at the pool until 4:00? Is there a place to change into our swim suits or should we wear them there?

All resorts allow you to store your bags until the room is ready ... or from check out time until you actually leave the resort for that matter.
When we pool hopped to BWV, we just changed in the bathroom located not far from the pool area. Worked out just fine for us!

When you arrive, you can still check in. Who knows, maybe you'll get lucky & a room will be ready. That happened to us on our last trip to OKW. We were transferring from another resort, had planned on having our bags stored but our room was completely ready when we checked in, which was great! :)

We arrive early as well. We check the bags and head to the parks. You can access your luggage at any time.

You can most definitely check your bags and check in. You room may or may not be ready. We always arrive early and we're usually lucky! Also, you might want to pack your bathing suits in a tote bag so that you can swim before getting into your room. Enjoy!

You can change in the health club locker room, it's a lot morecomfortable than the bathrooms. On the day you leave you can do the same thing if you are waiting for your flight and are hanging around the pool, go in and take a shower and change,it's very convienent.

I have a similar question, can you use the early entrance to a park on the day you plan to check-in? I plan on staying off-site for the night I arrive, but could easily be at the park for the early entry.

Thanks.

Yes, but you will have to check in to your on site resort first to get your resort ID (and parking pass if you want to drive to the park and not pay for parking).

You can get your resort ID even though the room will probably not be ready for you. It's been reported that CMs often check for resort IDs at the park entrance turnstiles to make sure only resort guest get in to EMH.

Who knows you might get lucky and have your room ready like we did in March when we arrived at 10:00 am. Good Luck
