Early Arrival - Can I leave luggage and park at Resort?

Hi All. I have a trip coming up and on my first day I will arrive around 10am. I am staying at the BWI and check in is not until 3 or 4. I hope to go to Epcot on that first day. Can I park at the resort and leave all my stuff with the front desk? And check in later that day during a break from the park?
I'm ok leaving stuff in the car, but I will have one cooler that I would at least like to leave with the front desk so it doesn't get too hot in the car.

Yes, you definitely can. We've done that on several occasions. Sometimes we've gotten lucky and our room has been ready early too. We stayed at Swan this past April and our room was ready at 10am, I'm sure rare but it does happen. Just make sure you check in the app as your room will be assigned. Sometimes I get the messages when it's ready via text and other times I don't. MDE is wonky.

Yes you can park at BWI, drop your bags and have them stored until you return when your room is ready. You don't leave your bags at the front desk but with the luggage services team at Bell Services.

You can collect your bags from Bell Services when you return and take them to your room or have them delivered once you are in your room.

When do you check in via the app? As soon as you arrive? Or is it like an airline and you check in the day before? Thanks!

You can check-in in MDE up to 60 days before your arrival date. MDE under your resort will show your room assignment on your arrival day.

You may also receive a SMS Txt message with your room assignment if you are a US based phone customer. You can also check at the front desk to see if another room may be ready early vs waiting for your assigned room to be ready.
