Early AM BLT to AK for Breakfast Ressie

Our ressie is at 8:05 - park doesn't open until 9. we are considering playing it safe and getting a taxi ride to AK instead of waiting for bus at 6:45. It will be for 4 adults and 5 kids (3, 5, 3, 5, 7).

1) any recommendations for who to call? any idea for one -way cost?
2) can they make arrangements in advance?
3) how much time should we allot from pick-up to arrival at Tusker House?

If you want to use Disney Transportation, the buses will be running well before the parks open. For an 8:05 ADR I would be at the bus stop by 7:15 at the very latest.
If you want to take a cab, have valet or luggage services call for you, cabs are usually right in the parking lot or near by.
For the size of your group, you may need at least 2 cabs, I think your group may be too big for even a van taxi. It should only take about 15 to 20 minutes for the drive from BLT to AK

Van taxi costs the same as a car taxi. The max passenger load on the van taxi is 7. I doubt the driver will load 9 passengers.

There have been occasional reports of the AK parking lot not opening until 8:00. I'd play it safe and take the bus.
