Early Akershus breakfast

We have an ADR for 8:40. I'm pretty sure we'll be done eating before WS opens at 11:00. Is there a rope to prevent us from going past Norway or are we free to wander thru WS before it officially opens? (Thought it might be fun to take some empty WS photos sort of like we get to do on Main St. with an early ADR at CP or CRT.) TIA
