Early ADRs

Hi,

Our travel agent is saying that buses don't begin running until 1 hour before park opening, other places I am reading that buses start running ~6:30am for early ADRs - which is true?

It seems like the 6:30am statement would be correct because of all the early ADRs you can make but a few in our group are stressing since they are hearing different from the travel agent - trying to get some more "proof" :)

Thanks so much!!!!

They do run as early as 6:30, however I would not rely on them for an early ADR at another resort except for maybe chef mickeys or cape may since you can walk to them from a park. For a reservation in the park I would use the buses but give myself plenty of time.

This is a common source of confusion.

The buses start running at 6:30.

Hi again,

Thanks for the replies so far, I figured they wouldn't have so many early ADRs without transportation available.

To clarify, we have two early ADRs. One at Tusker House at 8:20 and another a different morning, a 7:30 reservation at OHana. We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside if this makes a difference.

Again, thanks so much this site is so great and it really helps knowing I have a place I can ask questions when the planning starts to feel overwhelming!

For the 'Ohana reservation, I would budget for a cab. It's early at 7:30 and taking a park bus will involve going to MK, then taking the resort monorail to the Poly. I don't think the boats from MK to the resorts would be running yet. It's more complicated and earlier than your AK reservation, so I would just save any headaches and take a cab.

Thanks VickiC. The only bummer is we have 17 of us (10 adults and 7 kids ranging from 18 months to 7 years old) so all of them are in some type of "carseat".

Do the cabs have more than 1 car seat/booster in their trunk?

Also, is it possible to get a limo service within disney to do this one trip? Seems outlandish but the kids (and grandparents) could get a kick out of it (but I'm guessing we might run into car seat issues again)...

Thanks for any insight anyone has about the above :)
