Early ADR parking/driving question

Hello! I’ve been to Disney a few times both on and off-site. This time off-site to stay with friends.
Question: we have an early ADR at A&C at YC on the morning of our Epcot day, which doesn’t open until 11. If our res is 8:15, will we still have time to drive and park at Epcot early? Otherwise, how does valet parking work (or is it even back yet)? Are these pretty much my only options other than Uber/Lyft (really not wanting to use those as we opted to spring for a rental instead).

You might make it. It's a pretty short drive from YC to Epcot but getting through the parking gate at the park can be a bear.
