Early ADR gate open for 8:00 MK opening?

I just checked the park hours for the beginning of December and Disney's put a little challenge to our first morning dining plan. 5 months ago MK was scheduled to open at 9:00, so we made an 8:05 ADR for CP - to get into MS early and be done around 9:00 for park opening. Well, now MK is scheduled to open at 8:00 instead (not EMH - just a regular 8:00 opening).

So my question is - does MK still run the special ADR gate to let first seating ADRs get into the park early or will we have to wait to get in with everyone else?

To complicate matters a little, I also need to enter the park with a hopper, then go back to the ticket window to upgrade to a DVC AP (bridging the tickets we bought from UT) and buy a TIW card (in order to get our 20% off breakfast) - all before our 8:05 ADR. So my guess is if we have to wait with the masses to enter it will be 8:30 by the time we take care of everything and check into CP.

They will still have an early entrance since they are supposed to let people in 15 minutes before their ADR time, which would 7:50 - before official opening. Maybe you can get in a little earlier, it just depends on the CM working the gate that day.

Since you want to do the whole upgrade and buy TIW thing, I would plan to arrive at 7:30 or a little earlier so you can get through the gates as soon as they will let you in order to do the whole ticket transaction before your ADR time.
