Early ADR at Chef Mickey's

We are staying at the Poly in April. We have a 7 AM ADR at Chef Mickey's. Does the monorail run early enough to get us there? It's not an AM EMH for either MK or Epcot that day. TIA for any info you great dissers can provide.

The monorail starts running at least by 7, perhaps earlier. I would be out at the monorail platform by 6:30 and hop on the first one that comes through. The resort line should be up and running, the express will not be.

The monorail starts running at 7am. However the first ride of the day, they will perform a bunch of tests and you will not leave that terminal at 7am.
We thought this would be a good idea a few weeks ago. We had 7:20 ressies at Chef Mick and when we got to the terminal at 7am we thought "Oh boy first ones of the morning and no lines. We'll get there with time to spare."
Wrong!!!! The monorail did not leave until 7:10ish and then we stopped a bunch of times along the route. (not sure why) We didn't get to Chef Mick until 7:30. Luckily they still kept our reservation.

Thank you for that info. I was debating whether to rent a car, and I think that just helped me decide! Can't stand getting stressed first thing in the am.

hmmm, i seem to recall hearing the faint hum of the monorail (very cool way to wake up ) around 6:30 am ish...followed by the startup of CM each am during our stay last Oct.
