Early ADR and MK rope drop question?

We have an early ADR(8:10) at CP and I am wondering how it will work with the new rope drop procedures. What time does the mass crowd start moving down Main Street and would we be allowed in front of this line if we finish our meal by 8:45?

Hoping to get to 7DMT before the line jumps to 100 minutes. We have seen all the Pooh characters many times and would not mind missing a few to get a jump on the line.

We did this on Tuesday - 8:10 CP reservation. We got to the turnstiles very early and were some of the first into the park when they let the breakfast reservations go in. We were the first to check in at the CP podium, so they seated us right at 8:00. We took care of the bill immediately and ate plentifully at a leisurely pace, saw three of the four characters and even got pictures. In other words, we didn't rush. We were able to get to the other side of the bridge to Fantasyland at 8:50. A bunch of CMs came out and made themselves a barrier on the hub side of the bridge, but we were already on the Fantasyland side. We were not allowed to advance past the end of the bridge, however. The crowd came down Main Street about 8:55 and were walked across the bridge behind the line of CMs. They made us wait and fall in behind the line of CMs, but we were able to join at the front of the group. Join from the right side as you face the teacups. We ended up being the first car of the first train. We were off the ride at 9:05 and off to the next thing. Wait was posted as 50 minutes by then. It was a great start to a great day!

Woohoo! Thank you, That is the answer I was hoping to hear. What time was "very early" for your arrival?

We were on the 7 a.m. bus from The Beach Club - through security and at the turnstile at about 7:25. Early and first aren't easy, but it was totally worth it for us on this particular day; we were ahead of the crowds all morning. After 7DMT, we walked on PP, HM, POTC, BTM, Splash, and started on the FastPasses about 10:15. Good luck and have fun!
