2. Yes. The Resort Monorail starts running very early.

However, when you board the MK bus at your resort, tell the driver that you are headed to 'Ohana for breakfast.
Early in the morning, there's a good chance that the driver will take you directly to the Poly before or after the MK stop.
(Same situation for breakfast at the other MK-area resorts.)

Again, thanks! I just looked and MK actually has EMH the day of my 8am 'Ohana breakfast, so that would increase the likelihood that the resort monorail would be running early enough, right?

The Resort Monorail is currently starting at 7:00 AM Wednesday-Sunday and 8:30 AM Monday and Tuesday.

That has been the schedule for quite some time.
