Early admission with ticket purchased from a military base

I read online that tickets purchased from a military ticket office are allowed the early admission at IOA. This ticket would be the non-military ticket. Not the one offered for people who are actually in the military. Anyone know if this is true?

We've purchased tickets from here on base and if we weren't staying on property or at a partner hotel we couldn't get in early. Maybe that's changed in the last couple years but I wouldn't think so.
