Early admission for hotel guests - just IOA?

I'm confused about this early admission thing. Is it just for IOA? Or US too? And from what I can tell on the Universal website, it's just pretty much 5 rides that are open early?? Just want to make sure, trying to get the game plan together for next month. Thanks!

Yes, it is only for IOA, I think the open rides include Forbidden Journey, Flight of the Hippogriff, Dragon Challenge, Cat in the Hat.

Last year, I had a vacation package and the early admission was for Universal Studios (only Shrek and Jimmy Neutron were open).
