Can anyone tell me about Earl of Sandwich's "Florentine"? What's in it? How's it taste? Anyone have any pics? Thanks!:thumbsup2

This is from allearsnet.com

All sandwiches are served on our artesian baked loaf:
The Florentine - grilled chicken, creamed spinach, mushrooms and parmesan cheese

That's all I have...sorry. I've never eaten there. hope this helps.

The Florentine is delicious!!! The spinach adds a unique creaminess to the sandwich that I really enjoyed. Wish I could have one right NOW!

the florentine is tasty but it is very rich...a "heavier" sandwich but delicious...btw, their tomato soup is very good as is their side salad (both at very reasonable prices) ---enjoy your meal!

Me too-and I have yet to even TRY one. Typically, I'm what one may call, a not so very adventurous eater. I like sticking to the "typical fare". I was first thinking of ordering an "Earl's Club" but this "Florentine" sounds wonderful! Thanks for the suggestion!:thumbsup2

I get the Full Montagu and hubby gets the Beef and Blue.......I have tasted that one and also the Cannonball and my friends son had the tuna......all delicious.....I LOVE THESE...

Mmmmm love the Florentine :)

Don't think there is much of anything at Earl's that isn't good! Make it there once, if not twice when in the "world' and haven't been disappointed yet!

Oh-forgot to mention...I love poultry (chicken, turkey etc.) but No to the red meat, pork and fish thing. Not that I don't feel bad for all the chicken and turkey that have to die, I do (actually it's not a rebelious decision at all-I'm just a very picky eater!:rolleyes1 ). So unless it has chicken or turkey, I won't likely try it. (and "you can't make me"!) Sorry, I just heard myself sounding like my picky 8 year old. :lmao:

But both of those suggestions sound like something my DH would enjoy!
