Earliest you can enter MK with MVMCP Ticket?

We went to MNNSHP (Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party) In Oct. and we entered at 4 pm with no problem, just like the DIS posters had said.

I would think it is the same for this event.

At the MVMCP we attended on 11/30, wristbands were available at 4pm. The park stays open for everyone right up until 7pm, and the party starts at 7pm.
