Earliest Time to Rent ECV

We'll be going to MK for an early breakfast at 8:00 when the park opens at 9:00. Will I be able to rent the ECV when we arrive at 7:50 for our 8:00 reservations at Crystal Palace? Thanks for any assistance.

The ECV rentals should be open whenever guests are allowed into the park -- so that includes early ADRs.
