Earliest Feasible Post-Fantasmic ADR?

If we are going to eat in Epcot after seeing a 6:30 PM Fantasmic show, what is earliest dinner ADR you would try and book? I don't want to eat too late, because we have a little one, but I also don't want to try and be flying from Hollywood Studios to Epcot immediately post-show. What is realistically do-able?

The show's about 25 minutes, factor another 20 to get to the bus to Epcot, 20 max bus wait, 15 minute walk from Epcot to the restaurant - that's an hour and 20 minutes and probably a worst case scenerio with factoring in a 20 minute bus wait. 8pm is probably ok. If you want to really cushion it, 8:15

If you're eating in the World Showcase, there's also a boat from DHS to Epcot which may be much quicker. Or you can walk to Epcot...about a 20 from minute walk. These methods will get you to the World Showcase end of Epcot much more quickly than waiting for a bus & then walking through the front of Epcot to the World Showcase.
