Earliest FASTPASS Return Time?

I seem to remember last summer that if you got a FASTPASS first thing after the Magic Kingdom opened, the return time for most rides began at 10:05. Is that still the case this year?

Everytime I have looked at them first thing in the morning (like when we head straight for Splash Mtn.) I have noticed that they start right away. People usually grab them and then go ride a few rides close by and come back and use their FP for that ride. Anyone notice anything different?

Just back and we yesterday morning we were at Animal Kingdom and got a fast pass for Kilamanjaro Safari and the return time was 9:40. Park opened at 9.

they were for about 30 minutes in the future at first. We rode a ride first than got a fast pass, than rode another ride till our pass said we could get another one before we rode the original fast pass ride.

Yes, at MK the first FP return times are at 10:00.
