Earliest dolphin swim at DC?

I am wondering what the earliest dolphin swim time would be at DC. I would dearly love to get in some coffee and breakfast before the dolphin swim! I know DC opens around 7:30a and we plan on getting there for opening. Basically hoping there is no mad rush to get our wetsuits etc first thing in the morning.

always been smooth getting a wetsuit for us. The whole experience is very chill, no mad rushes allowed.

no matter what time we arrive, there are always people ahead of us...maybe they line up outside lol. No need imo.

When checking in we ask to book the earliest slot available so the rest of the day isn't regimented.

Don't think we've had earlier than 9:30 am for any of our swims, which gave us plenty of time to set up camp on loungers, grab breakfast and head to orientation.

While breakfast is served very early (and the wetsuit/vest pick up area is open and staffed), the water areas don't open until 9 am. That should be the earliest dolphin swim time. Your dolphin swim is assigned by your arrival, though, so the earlier you check in the earlier your swim time will be.
