Earliest DCL shuttle leaving MCO?

My family & I are cruising the May 15th Eastern cruise, my question is: Does any one know when the first disney cruise line shuttle picks up at the airport? We are flying in the day before and staying at the Hyatt right at the airport. (Had a bad experience with a flight being cancelled when we went on our first disney cruise, we made it on time, I just don't want that stress again...) Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. The last time we flew in, we arrived about 9 am. The shuttle left about 9:35, and we were told it was the first one....the idea is that they start getting to the port about 10:30 which is when the counters open. The port opens to incoming traffic about 10:00 provided that the previous disembarkation went on schedule.

We did have one time when the DCL bus was "diverted" to the local McDonald's as the port wasn't ready for incoming guests! The driver made an announcement that we'd be stopping there for a few minutes until we had "clearance" to enter the port area, and anyone who wanted would be allowed off the bus. We were asked to be back on board within 15 minutes. It was never clear what the problem at the port was....but they just weren't about to allow a bus load of people in!

Hi Lisa! Funny, we are sailing on the May 15 Magic too and I just asked the same questions. We decided to fly in the day before though. I can't wait!

We stayed at the Hyatt, and you start registering for the bus at 9:30 a.m. and the first bus leaves around 10:00 a.m. The time we did this, we were the first bus load at the terminal.
