Earliest ADR's for Crystal Palace and CRT?

Have you done this and is it really crazy first thing in the morning? How early do you get there?

The earliest ADR is 8:00am (which really is 8:05am)... They will let you in the turnstiles right at 8am, but no worries if your res was for 8 because the restaurant knows that the turnstiles open at 8am, so you will not be late. Doing an ADR early in the morning on a non EMH morning is GREAT. You get there first thing, you eat and by the time you are done, you are usually ahead of the crowd waiting to get in (as they are not allowed onto Main Street until about 8:55am). You can get GREAT photos of the castle and Main Street without any people in them. It really is a good opportunity in my opinion. When you arrive at the park, the CM's at the entrance will have the list of ADR's and only those people that have them will be able to get in. You will see a sign that says Breakfast reservations... it really is not that hectic first thing in the morning. I think it is the way to go for an early start

thank you also for the compliments the pic in my avatar is with my son - he was 6 months old in that shot, and i was 2 months pregnant with our "surprise!" your little one is a cutie-pie also!!

Speaking from experience with CRT, early ADRs on non EMH Mornings are fabulous. We did it a few years ago at MK and were able to take our picture in front of the castle without a soul anywhere in the photo. It's so nice to take a leisurely stroll in the park to your ADR without feeling the need to rush, rush, rush.

Fortunately, I called today for an early ADR at Crystal Palace for July 4th week and they had one available. Thought I'd won the lottery, almost

I love getting early morning ADRs at Crystal Palace. We snagged an 8:05 reservation for our upcoming trip, and I'm looking forward to the food, the character interaction and some great pictures of the castle.
