Earliest ADR time for in-park breakfast?

Just out of curiosity (i'm not planning this for my upcoming trip, but it got me wondering) what is the earliest time that you can make an ADR for an in-park breakfast? For example, when I eventually have kids and take them to WDW, what is the earliest you can make a ressie for Crystal Palace breakfast at MK? Say it's normal park hours, not an EMH morning, opening at 9am.

I thinking it is 8am though at Chef Mickey's I think it is 7am. Because I have a 7:20am ADR next week

For inside the park dining, the earliest ADR is either 8:00 or 8:05am. For Epcot, I had an 8:00 ADR at Akershus, then for Tusker House, CP, and H&V it was 8:05am. Either way, you're in the park pretty early, right when it opens for dining. You can only get into the park with a confirmed ADR, they will check your name and Conf# before they let you in.
