I thought frozen was opening at 9? The earliest fastness I was able to get was at 11:30. Does anyone know if it is opening at 9 or 11? Any chances of me getting an earlier fastpass?

I'm trying to figure out what to do with our dining reservations. I'm traveling with DS2 and DS7. DS2 really would do best eating lunch at 11:30 or noon. Since we are planning sit downs and he has food allergies, I don't want to push this. (who whats to dine with a crabby, tired toddler?)
Right now, I have Monday- noon Teppen Edo. Dinner is at Whispering Canyon.
Friday, our other Epcot day, I have Frozen FP at 11:30 and Garden Grill at 11:30. Dinner is at O'hana.
My initial thought was to just switch Teppen Edo and Garden grill. But, teppen Edo and O'hana the same day? They seem too similar.
So, yes, I can tweak things and figure it out, but before tweaking I figured I'd ask the feasibility of an earlier fastness time.
