Do you just have to take them as they are advertised (are they prepackaged) or can you ask for ingredients to be left off? We've never been there & we try to go to new places each trip. I have some picky folks who like plain sandwiches: meat, cheese, bread.

Ive had them add stuff but never subtract. They are not prepackaged and made fresh so it should not be an issue but im sure others will weigh in as well.

They are made to order and you can leave things off.

I always customize my sandwiches at Earl. They don't mind at all. You can add or subtract pretty much whatever you want.
