Thinking about going to DS between parks to grab a late lunch at Earl of Sandwich. Last time we tried to eat here the line was extremely long. Does the line still get insanely long? Are there "slow" times during the day? We head down to WDW on Friday!!!

Eat at this place just about every time we are in Orlando. Never had your problem. We eat there in the evening. Food is great for a sandwich shop.

I have never seen the long super short but the line moves quickly and you can use disney gift cards here so I think its worth the wait! Just know what you want by the time you get to the register to not waste time. Great affordable place for a meal in Disney!

when we went last august, my kids and I went to wpe while my husband went to earl, kids and I ordered, waited, received our food and started eating by the time he got his sandwich. this was a week day afternoon. hope you get through quicker. have a great time!

I was there in Jan for an early lunch & the line was long but as PPs mentioned, it moves quickly. Maybe a half hr from joining the line until my order was up & I was eating. Its a popular, less $ option esp for locals visiting DIS Springs. And when the locals support it, you know its good. :-)

Worth the wait if you go! It takes me almost the entire wait to decide what I want :) it's all so good!

Ate there a week ago for dinner and the line wound around to just outside the doors. From the time I got in line (outside) to the time I paid for my food was right at 30 minutes, food came out about 5 minutes after that.

Always busy and a queue when we've visited (upside of this we were able to get a table as others ate and moved on!) but worth the wait!

I always wondered why it's so busy for a turnpike joint. We eat at the ones on the Florida turnpike. Not so great. But subjective I know.

I love sandwiches and had been waiting to try this place after hearing all the good reviews. I was in Disney Springs in late May and we went there and I was unimpressed. I had a roast beef and cheese sandwich. It was very small, with no toppings such as lettuce or tomato, and just a hint of the horseradish sauce. The side of mac and cheese was fine, nothing terrible or spectacular. Its a crowded place by the CMs did a good job of cleaning tables as people left.

I was really hoping for more. After we ate, I went inside the Wolfgang Puck express nearby to grab a cup of ice water and was impressed by their menu. Will probably try that over Earl of Sandwich. It was a lot less crowded too.

ETA: To be fair, DW got a wrap at Earl of Sandwich which she said was good. It looked good and was bigger than my sandwich.

We went last Sat night and waited for about 40 minutes. The sandwiches were hot and delicious - but not worth the wait. We won't go there again unless the line is much shorter.
