Has anybody eaten there? Is it good?

I ate there in Dec and really liked it. Everything was very fresh and if I needed something added, or deleted, from my sandwich I could do it. Yummy.

My mother and I ate there on our last trip. When she rung up our order two sandwhichs two lrg drinks and chips we thought they had forgoten somthing  It was so cheap (compaired to any other meal we ate that week) :teeth: We ended up trading halves with eachother and fighting over had the better choice. I will go and eat here again in a heartbeat :thumbsup2

Yay! We were thinking about going there at some point in our trip. Too much food we have to eat!!!!

...Christmas eve!
couldn't agree on a place...you are talking 2 boys ages 14 and 19...understand? so, everyone agreed on Earl of Sandwich,
with all those other places, i can't believe we ate there twice during our
week-long vacation, but it is really good, and reasonably priced.
It gets very crowded around meal-times (except Christmas eve :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: not too many people go there on a holiday!).
DO IT!

LOVE IT! A must for us on every trip, but don't even think about showing up at noon. The secret is out!

The sandwiches are very, very good. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a tuna melt and it must have had 2 cans of tuna on it. I like the way they grill the outside of the bread. My DW had The Original - fresh roasted beef, cheddar and creamy horseradish sauce and DD had The Full Montagu - roast beef and turkey with cheddar and swiss cheese, romaine lettuce, tomato and English mustard sauce. All very good especially for $4.95. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Its a good "Fast Food" restaurant that gets very crowded at lunch time. If you go avoid this time or you will wait in line for your food as another member of your family hunts down and secures a table outside. This last trip we did just this(our mistake). As we were wrapping up our paper to leave, another table lurker actually came over and sat down at our table while we were still there. We just smiled and moved on but my wife later said she felt like telling the lady we were not done yet to see what she would have done...smjj

Which park can Earl of Sandwich be found and where in the park? :scratchin

Its not in a park - its at Downtown Disney, in the Marketplace.

The EoS is at Downtown Disney! And DD is a must-do for us several times during our trip! :thumbsup2

I have to admit, I was skeptical when I read all of the reviews for Earl of Sandwich. I had no plans to eat here before my trip, but found myself there late one night.

Oh my, oh my! Earl of Sandwich is amazing. My sandwich was to die for! And the price - it can't be beat. The amount of food you get for the price is amazing!

Enjoy your meal here!

It is absolutely delicious, I wish I had one right now. the sandwiches are only $4.95 and the meat is very fresh, wonderful bread too. Does anyone know where other Earl of Sandwiches are located? (other cities?) I checked their website but didn't see a listing.
Earl of Sandwich is definetely worth a special trip to Downtown Disney.

We've never been to DTD. We'll have to remedy that on this next trip. :woohoo:

I ate there 3 times my last trip.... The tuna melt was awesome....
Also had the All American... a sub w/ turkey and roast beef,, has a spicy mustard sauce but oh so yummy!!!
The cannonball (meatball) sub is good too.....
Enjoy..... :thumbsup2
